SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Horticulture Training Center, Pune

• As marketing person in the newly developed Horticulture Training Center, the responsibility involves marketing, co-ordination and revenue generation. Have been instrumental in getting trainees from almost 26 states in the country and neighboring countries namely Bhutan and Srilanka

Involved in successful development and launching of new training programs on timely themes by keeping a track of need assessment based on market intelligence

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT

• Involved in Marketing and Planning of the Training Courses and is responsible for business activities which includes liaisoning with various governmental bodies and developing business relationships , undertaking turnkey contracts, consultancy apart from trainings. Overall involved as a management functionary of the training Institute is responsible for enhancement of Business Performance.
